To prepare for our sale and to allow us time to enter all the inventory, our site will be offline March 4th @ 6pm until March 5th @ 10am PST. We will come back online again March 5th at 10am PST. So please get your lists ready early. Also, you will need to create an account on the site ahead of time, you cannot shop or check out without an account.
All sales are first come, first served. Items that are in your cart are not reserved until your order is complete. Your order is complete once you have checked out and received an order number along with a confirmation email. I know how frustrating it can be to have items already be sold out or gone from your cart upon checkout. It’s happened to me more times than I can count but unfortunately as a small business owner I am at the mercy of the design of the website and this part of the e-commerce functionality is completely out of my control.
Due to the volume of orders that we are expecting we are unable to combine orders.
We value you, our customer, and want you to be happy with the product that you receive from us. We guarantee that your tubers will arrive to you in excellent condition and have one live eye. Upon receipt of your order please inspect your tubers immediately and email me (with photos) if there is any damage or you have received the wrong item. If you need to delay planting, store the tubers in a cool/dark place with the packaging open so that moisture does not build up. After planting, if your tubers do not sprout by June 15, please contact us immediately via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send photos!
I cannot refund the cost of your tuber if it has rotted in the ground.
Also, please understand that we can NOT be held responsible for improper storage once you receive your tubers OR for the weather, growing conditions, pest damage, plant performance or negligence.
I will refund the cost of your tuber (but not the shipping cost), after I assess your situation, and can clarify that it is a fault with our product. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund and that this delay is out of our hands.
